1、学校各校区设有校医院，留学生日常患病可以到校医院就诊。
The university has hospitals on all campuses. Internationalstudents can be treated at those hospitals for minor health problems.
2、如有必要，留学生可以到校外医院就诊，建议到马鞍山市人民医院就诊,就诊时请出示护照或学生证。
If necessary, international students can seek treatment fromoff-campus hospitals. Ma’anshan People’s Hospital is recommended. Studentsshould bring passport or Student ID while in hospital.
3、如需要紧急救援，可拨打急救中心电话，电话号码：120。

4、外国留学生保险
International Students Insurance
(1)在籍留学生必须购买保险，否则将开除学籍。有关留学生保险条款请参阅留学保险网（www.lxbx.net）的来华留学生保险产品简介。如果发生意外或生病需住院治疗，应及时通知国际教育学院老师，以便处理保险理赔事宜。
Registered international students must buy insurance, otherwise university have right to cancel their study position. Students can refer to the introduction of this insurance on the international student insurance website (www.lxbx.net) for details. Students are advised to promptly contact the teacher, if accident happens or hospitalization is needed.
(2)学生住院治疗期间的医药费先由学生本人垫付，出院时准备好以下材料，再申请保险理赔支付。
a.出院小结
b.医院诊断证明
c.住院收费收据
d.住院医疗费用汇总清单
e.门诊病历及收费收据（若有院前或院后门诊）
f.护照复印件（个人信息页）
(2) The expenses for hospitalization shall be paid by the student during the treatment and the following materials are needed to apply for insurance claims:
a. Discharge Summary
b. Hospital Certificates of Diagnosis
c. Receipts of hospitalization expenses
d. Lists of Total Hospitalization Expenses
e. Clinical History and Receipts of payment (if there are clinicservices pre or post hospitalization)
f. Copy of Passport
(3)学生若遇紧急情况，手术费用较高时，在马鞍山市人民医院可办理第三方垫付服务，但必须在确定住院前先联系主管老师。
Facing expensive surgery fees (usually above 5000), students should contact the teacher to apply for the payment from insurance company prior t-o hospitalization.
(4)因打架、斗殴等违反法律、校纪行为导致伤亡事故所支付的医疗及其他有关费用，保险公司将拒绝理赔，由当事人自理。
Medical expenses incurred as a result of students' criminal or disciplinary offences such as physical fights and assaults shall be covered by the offe-nders themselves.
5、享受在华留学生综合保险的学生门诊就医须到正规公立医院就诊，年度门诊医疗费总额超过650元者可申请办理650元以上部分的门诊医疗费理赔手续，凭病历、检查项目和用药清单以及医院发票由国际教育学院初审后寄往北京的留学生保险承保公司办理理赔审核手续，保险公司将按规定审核报销650元以上的部分门诊医疗费（挂号费不能报销，请务必向医院财务人员说明，分别开具挂号费和医药费）。镶牙、补牙、拔牙、配眼镜、分娩、人工流产、性病、矫正生理缺陷、美容、购买营养补品和其他超出公费医疗支付范围和标准的费用以及治疗来华前已患的慢性疾病的费用，都不在保险范围内，须由本人自理。
Students benefiting from the insurance are requested to seekmedical treatment at regular public hospitals. If annual outpatient medical expenses are more than RMB 650, the insured can apply for part of there imbursement. And they need to submit the medical record, list of physical checkups and medicines and the invoices from the hospital to the School ofInternational office for verification and then these documents will be sent tothe insurance company at Beijing for insurance claims. The insurance company will evaluate and pay part of the outpatient expenses beyond the starting-line RMB650 according to the policy. (Registration fee cannot be reimbursed, so students must inform the hospital and separate registration fee from othermedical fees). Expenses for dental prosthetics, dental filling, toothextraction, glasses, childbirth, abortion, STD, physiological defect correction, cosmetology, nourishment and any other fees outside the coverage ofthe free medical service, as well as the expenses for treating chronic disease contracted prior to the students' arrival in China shall be covered by students themselves.
