On November 25, AHUT held the southern Anhui employment fair for 2024 college graduates in Anhui Province.

The employment fair was held on Xiushan campus with two recruitment venues, and attracted a total of 275 enterprises from 15 provinces and cities such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui, offering nearly 13,000 job positions. Around 3,000 college graduates in southern Anhui attended the fair.

Lu Lin, Secretary of the Party Committee of AHUT, Wei Xianwen, Deputy secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University, Vice President Gu Mingyan, and Liu Ming came to the scene together with Ma Jiasong, Director of the Student Affairs Office of the Education Department of Anhui Province and Huang Bing, a fourth-level researcher of the College Student Affairs Office of the Education Department of Anhui Province.They had conversations with employers and graduates to get to know the needs of the both sides, the employers’ opinions and suggestions on deepening school-enterprise cooperation and improving the quality of talent training. They conversed with employersand graduates to understand the needs of both sides, and to gather employers’ opinions and suggestions on deepening school-enterprise cooperation and enhancing talent training quality.

The director of College Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center, the deans of the schools, the directors of the departments, the graduate counselors had direct contact with the employers to understand the job demands and recommended graduates to the employers.
