To all students who registered in 2015 & 2016

1.     If your situation meets one of the following cases, please submit Course Retake Application Form to the office of School of International Education .

•     Students whose absence added up to 1/3 of the total teaching periods of the course must retake the course.

•     Those who failed in the daily academic performance assessment must retake the course.

•     Those who failed again in the make-up examination must retake the course.

2.     The deadline for submitting the application form is Oct.12, 2017.

3.     Those who do not submit the application form will be taken as giving up the course retake in this semester.

4.     The timetable for the retaken course is the same with the course timetable of the lower grade.

5.     If the schedule for the retaken course is in conflict with that of the current courses, self-study of the retaken course is suggested while finishing all the assignments given by the course teacher.

6.     Self-study must be approved by the retaken course teacher. Otherwise, your absence of the retaken course class will be recorded.

7. If you have more than one course to retake, you should submit the application form for each course separately.
