Recently, it was learned from the organizing committee of the 19th Asian Games 2022 that Zuo Dengting, a master’s student in the class of 2020 from the School of Marxism, was selected as a volunteer for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.

It is reported that the number of volunteers to be recruited from universities in Anhui province is 20. However, a total of more than 1,300 college students have signed up. After the initial interview, a total of 104 students entered the final, which was conducted online. Students qualified demonstrated their volunteer service experience, communication adaptability, and foreign language communication skills through self-introduction and live Q&A in both Chinese and English.

Zuo Dengtingis a master’s student in the class of 2020 from the School of Marxism and a member of the presidium of the Graduate Student Union. With rich experience in volunteer service,she has provided volunteer services for Euro-CASE & CAE Forum on Evidence-based Scientific Policy Advice, and the Marxist Theory Discipline Postgraduate Forum 2021.
