From Nov. 11 to 19, the 15th annual “Challenge Cup” Competition for National Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works was held in Shanghai. Works from Anhui University of Technology have won two first prizes, one second prize and four third prizes, ranking the first in Anhui province with a total score of 230 and achieving the best record of AHUT in the “Challenge Cup” history. On top of that, AHUT have also been awarded theNational Outstanding Organization and been the national initiation unit for years.
Known as the “Olympic” event in academic science and technology for Chinese College Students, “Challenge Cup” Competition for National Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works is of the largest scale in highest level and has the biggest influence among all integrated technical innovation contests in China. This year, 1230 works of over two million students from more than 1900 universities were shortlisted for the final, in which students from AHUT have made remarkable achievement and brought bountiful harvest for the university.
