On April 15& 18, 2016, the 1st Session of the 4th Faculty and Staff Representative Assemblyand Faculty and Staff Union Representative Assembly were held on Jiashan Campusof Anhui University of Technology (AHUT).

Liu Xinyue,Chairman of University Councilpresided over themeeting. Nearly 200 representatives attended the meeting. Feng Hua, Presidentof Anhui Education Union, Li Xun, Standing Vice-chairman of Maanshan Federationof Trade Unions, senior leaders, persons in charge of democratic parties,deputies to NPC above city level and student representatives were also invitedto attend the meeting.

At the meeting,the representatives listened to the University Work Report delivered by PresidentLi Jiaxin, Work Report on Faculty and Staff Representative Assembly and Facultyand Staff Union Representative Assembly by Chairman of Faculty and Staff Union,the University Financial Work Report by Director of Financial Department.
