Recently, the semi-final of the 2016“Challenge Cup” ChinaCollege Students’ Entrepreneurship Competition themed on “Create Youth” washeld in the students activity center on Xiushan Campus, Anhui University ofTechnology (AHUT).

After examination and written review of works and qualifications, over 120works were selected for the semi-final. The semi-final included exhibition,Q&A and panel review. The works demonstrate AHUT students’ specialityaccomplishment in materials, mechanics and energy, chemical technology andenvironmental science, information technology and E-business, agriculture andforestry, animal husbandry, food and related industries, biomedicine, culturalinnovation, services and consultancy. The orderly display, innovative ideas andparticipants’ passion towards innovation and entrepreneurship made thecompetition so attractive. Based on the principles of creativity, innovationand practicability, the panel selected the works for the finals.

On March 20, 2016, the final competition was held. Among 37 team works, 12stand out as the best ones.

The“Challenge Cup” China CollegeStudents’ Entrepreneurship Competition themed on “Create Youth”, hosted by theCentral Committee of the Communist Youth League, Ministry of Education andother departments, has served as an important platform for the education of collegestudents’ creation and innovation.
