Recently,twodelegations from Chungbuk National University(CBNU)andKangwonNational University(KNU)came toAnhuiUniversity of Technology (AHUT)for an academic tour. President Li Jiaxin and Vice President Gu Mingyan metwiththe two delegations respectively.ProfessorSik-Chol Kwon,guest professor ofAHUT,joinedtheacademic communicationwith themtogether with teachers and graduate students fromschoolsofmaterials science & engineering andarchitectural engineering.

Professor Joo Wha Hong, Dean of Department ofMaterials, and Professor Sung-Soo Kim from CBNUvisited AHUT from August 17 to 20. During their visit,Professor Hong and Kimexchanged viewswith faculty membersfrom School of Materials Science and Engineeringonthedevelopmentofacademic cooperation between CBNU and AHUT. Professor Sung-Soo Kim gave a lectureonHybrid absorbers composed ofconductive thin films(ITO, Fe3O4) and magnetic compositesheet: enhancement ofconduction noise absorptionto AHUT teachersandstudentson August 18, 2015.

FromAugust 24 to 25, Professor Intae Yang,Dean of College ofEngineering,andProfessor Song-Hee Kim from KNU visited AHUT. Professorsand graduate studentsfrom School of Architectural Engineering and School ofMaterials Science and Engineeringhelda seminar with them. The two sides had a profound communication ontheiracademic programs, research fields, andthe future cooperation.
