Learning form the National Scientific and Technological Conference on Resources Comprehensive Utilization which was recently closed in Beijing, the Scientific Department of AHUT (Anhui University of Technology), Key Laboratory of Metallurgical Emission Reduction & Resources Recycling(AHUT), Ministry of Education, the three units won the honorary title of ‘2011 Annual Outstanding Group in working on Resources Comprehensive Utilization’; Four teachers of AHUT, Yan Jun, Li Liaosha, Wu Xingrong and Ding Tao, won the title of ‘2011 Annual Outstanding Individuals in Working on Resources Comprehensive Utilization’. The awarding ceremony was held in the People’s Great Hall on April 26, 2011, in Bejing. AHUT awarded representatives attended the ceremony.

The conference was hosted by CARCU (China Association of Resources Comprehensive Utilization), and supported by related ministries and commissions, such as CAST (China Association for Science and Technology), MST (Ministry of Science and Technology), NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) and MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology).A total of 46 units and 103 individuals from all over the country were awarded at the conference.
