On May 11, the student Lv Xiuzhi from School of Arts & Law, Anhui University of Techology won the champion in the finals of 20-kilometer Women’s Walking Race with the speed of 1 hour 27 minutes and 53 seconds at the 12th National Games , which is being held at Shenyang. This is the first gold medal won by the Anhui team at the event, which has won the great honor for AHUT as well.

So far the National Games is the highest-level and largest sports event in China, which is held once every four years.
